Due to the nature of the consulting and analytical services provided by "FALLAK Business Analysis & Development," there is no refund of amounts paid once the execution of the service has begun. This is because these services are performed immediately upon contracting and involve effort, expertise, and time that cannot be recovered.
This principle is based on the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whereby the Law excludes from the right of withdrawal (refund) services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent.
If you wish to cancel the service before its execution has actually begun (that is, before the first session is held or the analysis has started), the refund of the amount paid may be discussed, less any administrative fees or actual costs incurred by FALLAK, at FALLAK's discretion and in compliance with the applicable laws.
Once the execution of the service has begun (the start of the consulting session, the analytical work, or the delivery of any part of the deliverables), the amount is deemed fully due and is non-refundable. This applies to all packages: Launch, Growth, Professional, and Strategic Partner.
For the Strategic Partner package with a monthly subscription, you may stop the renewal of the subscription for upcoming months with prior notice; however, the amounts paid for the current month, or for any period during which the service has started, are non-refundable.
Despite the absence of a refund policy, we are fully committed to delivering the service with the agreed quality and scope. In the event of any shortcoming on our part in performing what was agreed upon, we work to remedy or complete it in a manner that achieves your satisfaction, without any resulting financial compensation exceeding the value of the service.
In the event of a payment error (such as a duplicate payment or an amount exceeding the value of the service), this is addressed and the difference is refunded within a reasonable period after it has been verified.
